The court passed the following; sentences: Trinidad Olguln and Henry Romero found guilty ot murder in'the second degree, were sentenced to a term of ninety-nine years in the Territorial )enitentlary. Donaclano Martinez, who entered plea of guilty to carrying a deadly weapon, was fined $50 and costs; the Ine being suspended during good be- Imvior. Pled.ad Lovata, who pleaded guilty to carrying a deadly weapon, was fined $50 and costs. Several tax suits were dismissed, the taxes having been paid to the district attorney.

All cases not otherwise disposed of when court adjourned were continued by Judge McFie until the next term of court. The grand jury was discharged after being thanked by the court.
